Years of training and instructing in the fitness industry have led to my approach to teaching people to push past their limits. It's also led to a belief that the magic happens when I work one on one with a client. It's a full mind/body connection that results in the best body you've ever lived in.
This is modern training for the modern athlete inside all of us. I use everything from kettlebells to rowing machines to plyo boxes and beyond, and we use it in intervals. We use movements you never thought existed. We use movements you use every day. Combined together, these movements build strength, increase endurance and improve athleticism.
